牛黄熄风胶囊的毒性作用观察

DISCUSS OF TOXIC EFFECT OF NIUHUANG XIFENG CAPSULE

目的观察牛黄熄风胶囊的急性和长期毒性作用。方法①急性毒性试验给药组给以牛黄熄风胶囊０．１ｇ／ｋｇ，对照组给以等量生理盐水，均１次灌胃给药观察７ｄ，求得最大耐受量。另取小白鼠８０只，随机等分８组，分别按对数剂量１次灌胃给药，观察７ｄ，计算半数致死量（ＬＤ５０）。②长期毒性实验将大鼠随机分小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组和对照组，给药组分别组以牛黄熄风胶囊的水溶混悬液，连续灌胃４２ｄ．结果①急性毒性观察：两组小白鼠各种生理指标差异无显著性，该药的最大耐受量大于１０ｇ／ｋｇ．计算ＬＤ５０及ＬＤ５０９５％平均可信限为１５．４８±１．４７ｇ／ｋｇ，标准误ｓｘ５０为０．０１２３．②长期毒性观察：动物外观、行为、饮食、体重、血象、肝肾功能、主要脏器的脏器系数和病理学检查，均未见药物引起的病理变化。结论牛黄熄风胶囊属无毒类药物。

Objestive The actue toxic and chronic toxic effect of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule is discussed in this paper.Method ①40 mice are divided into 2 groups.The experimental group was gived Niu huang Xifeng capsule 0.1g/10g for 7 days where as the control group amount of normal saline (NS),Secondly,80 mice,divided into 8 groups were gived different dose of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule for 7 days.②80 rats are divided into 4 groups.The experimental groups were given different dose of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule (1,2and 4g/kg) with them separately for 42 days,where as the control group was given equal amount of normal saline (NS).Reault ①The result show that where is no significant difference in various physiological signs between the two groups.This suggested that the maximum endurance dose of the drug be more than 10g/kg.The LD 50 is 15.48±1.47g/kg.The s 50 is 0.0123.②The reslut show that there is no significant fifference in behavior,diet,feces,body weihgt,blood of animal and the pathology change of liver and kidney changed little.Conclusion This suggests that Niuhuang Xifeng capsule is a nonpoisonous substance.
