大鼠脑内囊出血模型的研究

摘要 目的建立和评价大鼠脑内囊出血模型。方法通过立体定向术向大鼠脑内囊注入自体血制成脑内囊出血模型。观察此模型的组织形态学、神经功能及体感诱发电位改变。结果实验组病理形态学表现为左内不规则或椭圆形血凝块,大致有一个低倍视野范围(×10),出血灶边缘脑组织疏松水肿,病变明显重于假手术组。神经病学评分为2.74±0.46分,与假手术组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。体感诱发电位(SEP)显示实验组各波潜伏期较手术前和假手术组明显延迟(P<0.01)。结论用立体定向术回注自体血制成大鼠脑内囊出血模型更接近临床脑出血,且方法简便,重复性好。 Objective To build up a model of experimental cerebral hemorrhage and evaluate several different experimental models of cerebral hemorrhage.Method Fresh autologous blood is injected into the internal capsule of the rat by sterotaxic method.The changes of histology,nervous symptoms and somatosensery evoked potentials (SEP) of the rat model were observed.Result ①There is a irregular blood clot in left internal capsule in experimental group,The pathologic change is more severe than that of sham operating group.②The latencies of SEP are longer than that of preoperating and sham operating groups (P<0 01).③The nerurologic grade is 2.74±0.46 in experimental group.There is a significant difference between experimental and sham operating groups(P<0 01).Conclusion The rat model using stereotaxic injection of autologous blood has more features seen in cerbral hemorrhage in humen,and this method is simple,accurate and repetitive.
