万寿菊花的化学成分

Chemical constituents from the flowers of Tagetes erecta L.

目的研究万寿菊Tagetes erectaL.花中的化学成分。方法95%乙醇提取制备总浸膏,硅胶柱层析分离其成分,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果分得的10个已知化合物分别为dammarenediolⅡ3-O-n-palmitate(1)、乌发醇(2)、槲皮万寿菊素3-O-葡萄糖苷(3)、quercetagetin 5-methyl ether(4)、5,7-dimethoxy quercetin(5)、没食子酸(6)、3,4-二羟基-5-甲氧基苯甲酸(7)、16Z,19Z-pentacosadienoic acid(8)、亚油酸甘油单酯(9)和Vit Eα(10)。结论10个化合物中,1、2、6、7、8、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

OBJECTIVE To study the constituents of Tagetes erecta L.. METHODS The constituents were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, their structures were identified by spectroscopic evidences. RESULTS Ten known compounds： dammarenediol Ⅱ 3 - O - n - palmitate （ 1 ）, uvqol （ 2 ）, quercetagetin 3 - O - glucoside （ 3 ）, quercetagetin 5 - methyl ether（ 4 ）, 5,7 - dimethoxy quercetin （5） , gallic acid （6） , 3,4 - dihydroxy - 5 - methoxy - benzoicacid （ 7 ）, 16Z, 19Z - pentacosadienoic acid （ 8 ） , monolinoleoyl glycerol（9） and Vitamin Eα（10） were isolated from the flowers of Tagetes erecta L.. CONCLUSION Compounds 1,2, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
