囊球黏细菌Angiococcus sp.的生长特性及其抗菌活性物质初探 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究囊球黏细菌Angiococcus sp.菌株的生长特性并检测其抗菌活性。方法用滤纸片法检测被试囊球黏细菌胞内物及胞外物的抗菌活性;用薄层层析和硅胶柱层析法分离囊球黏细菌的胞外抗菌活性物质。结果Angiococcus sp.菌株的对数生长期为3.5~11 h,最适起始pH7.22、生长温度34℃;胞外物对G+细菌有较强的抑菌作用,胞内物对部分G+、G-细菌(E.coli)有抑菌作用,但对G-菌的抑菌作用较强,两者对真菌均无抑菌作用。结论Angiococcus sp.胞内及胞外物均具有抗菌活性,且抗菌谱不同。通过硅胶柱层析得到抑制放线菌生长的单一组分。 OBJECTIVE To study the characterization of growth and antibiotic activity of Angiococcus sp.. METHODS The antibiotic activities of Angiococcus sp. cell' s interior and exterior were detected by filter paper method. The antibiotic of Angiococcus sp. cell' s exterior was isolated by TLC and silica gel column chromatography. RESULTS The logarithmic phase was from 3.5 to 11 hours and the optimum initial pH was 7.22 and the optimal temperature was 34℃ for Angiococcus sp. The cell' s exterior matter inhibited the growth of Gram - positive bacteria strongly. The cell' s interior matter inhibited both the growth of some Gram - positive bacteria and Gram -negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, but the bacteriostatic activity to Gram -negative bacteria was more powerful. Neither the interior nor exterior matter of Angiococcus spf cell inhibited fungus. CONCLUSION Both the interior and exterior matter of Angiococcus spf cell has antibacterial activity and they have different antibiogram. An anti - Streptomyces microflavus active component was obtained by purification with silica gel column chromatography.
