摘要
目的比较过50与过325目筛温莪术的粉体采用CO2超临界萃取法提取的挥发油收率。方法温莪术洗净、切片,50℃烘干,于-30℃低温下用HFM-6超微粉碎振动磨,过50目筛与325目筛;生物显微镜观察其细胞壁破碎情况;JL-1178干法激光粒度仪检测其粒径;HA121-50-01超临界萃取装置实施超临界CO2萃取挥发油。结果过50目筛后的温莪术平均粒径为90.65μm,细胞壁未破,过325目筛的平均粒径为37.27μm,细胞壁已破;过50目筛和过325目筛的温莪术的平均挥发油收率分别为3.69%和4.05%。结论过325目筛的温莪术的挥发油平均收率较比过50目筛的收率高0.36%。
OBJECTIVE To compare the extracting rate between 50 mesh and 325 mesh powder of Curcuma wenyujin Y. H. Chen et C. Ling by the supercritieal CO: extraction process(SFE). METHODS Curcuma wenyujin Y. H. Chen et C. Ling was washed,slied, and dried at 50℃ , and then were comminuted with the HFM - 6 vibrating mill type at - 30℃ to be 50 and 325 mesh powder. The brittle powders were observed with biological microscope. The essential oil was distilled with the HA121 -50 -01 supercritical CO2 extract process equipment. RESULTS The extracting rate of 50 mesh powder ( R = 90. 65 μm) and 325 mesh powder ( R = 37. 27 μm) were 3.69% and 4. 05% , respectively. CONCLUSION The extracting rate of 325 mesh powder was 0. 36% higher than that of 50 mesh powder.
