川明参多糖的理化性质和免疫活性研究 被引量:25

摘要 目的研究精制川明参多糖的分子量分布范围和单糖组成等理化性质及其免疫药理活性。方法采用水相高效凝胶渗透色谱法测定多糖分子量的分布;TLC和GC分析多糖的单糖组成和摩尔比;碳粒廓清实验和血清溶血素实验研究川明参多糖的免疫药理作用。结果川明参多糖重均分子量为9.7632×105,数均分子量为5.2270×104;多糖的单糖组成为甘露糖和葡萄糖,二者摩尔比为1:16.2;川明参多糖高剂量组对小鼠碳粒廓清指数和血清溶血素吸光度的影响与空白对照组比较有显著性差异。结论确定了川明参多糖的部分理化性质,并证明高剂量的川明参多糖能够显著增强小鼠特异性和非特异性体液免疫功能。 OBJECTIVE Research on the physiochemical character including the molecular weight distribution and the monosaccharide components, and the immunological activity of the Chuanmingshen polysaccharide. METHODS Determined the molecular weight distribution with the HPGPC. Determined the kinds of monosaccharide and their molar ratio in the Chuanmingshen polysaccharide using TLC and GC. The immunological activity of Chuanmingshen polysaccharide was carried out with 2 pharmacological experiment mode: the carbon particle clearance experiment and the bloodserum hemolysin experiment. RESULTS The weight average molecular weight was 9. 7632 × 10^5 , while the number - average molecular weight was 5. 2270 × 10^4. The Chuanmingshen polysaccharide was constituted by carubinose and glucose, the molar ratio was 1:16. 2 . In the pharmacology experiment, the high dose group had significantly increase the ability of clearing the carbon particle and the OD value, thus had significant differences compared with that of the control group. CONCLUSION This study has in so far revealed the physiochemical character of the Chuanmingshen polysaccharide, indicating that the Chuanmingshen polysaccharide has the effect of sti-engthening the specific and the non - specific humoral immunity.
