复胃散胶囊中药材的鉴别及欧前胡素的测定

Identifications of medicinal and determination of imperatorin in Fuwei San capsules

目的鉴别复胃散胶囊中的药材并测定欧前胡素。方法采用TLC法鉴别方中的黄芪和延胡索,HPLC法测定胶囊的欧前胡素。结果TLC鉴别色谱中特征斑点明显,阴性对照无干扰;欧前胡素进样量在0.0573～0.2864μg时与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);加样回收率为99.53%,RSD=1.32%。结论所用TLC和HPLC法,方法简便、重复性好,可用于复胃散胶囊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish identification and determination methods of Fuwei San capsules. METHODS Radix Astragali and the Rhizoma Corydalis were identified by TLC and the content of Imperatorin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The developed TLC spots was quite clear and the negative control did not interfere. The linear ranges of imperatorin were between 0. 0573 -0. 2864 μg （ r = 0.9999） , and the mean recovery was 99.53% with the RSD of 1.32%. CONCLUSION The established methods of TLC and HPLC methods are convenient,reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Fuwei San capsules.
