Determination of Ritodrine hydrochloride injection by RP-HPLC

目的测定盐酸利托君注射液中的盐酸利托君。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以乙腈-水-磷酸(15:85:0.1)(pH2.7)为流动相,流速1 ml.min-1,检测波长214 nm,进样量10μl,进行测定。结果盐酸利托君1.04～208μg.ml-1有良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=1.53×103X-45.81(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.08%。结论所建方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于盐酸利托君注射液的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine Ritodrlne hydrochloride in the injection by RP-HPLC. METHODS C l8 column（250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm） was used with a mixture of acetonitrile - H2O - phosphoric acid （ 15 ： 85 ： 0. 1 ） （pH2.7） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1 with the detection wavelength at 214 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 1.04 - 208 μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0. 9996）, The recovery was 99.28% with the RSD of 1.08 % （n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method appeared to be simple, reliable, and accurate and can be used for the quality control of preparation.
