摘要
目的测定注射用复方甘草甜素的主药和有关物质。方法采用HPLC法,用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-2%冰醋酸(35:65);流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长254 nm;柱温30℃;进样量10μl。结果甘草甜素与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离,40.4~808.0μg.ml-1线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。结论所用方法简便、准确、专属性好,可用于注射用复方甘草甜素的含量测定及有关物质的检查。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of content and related substances in Compound glycyrrhizin for injection. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of a DiamonsilTM C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm) , a mixture of aceto- nitrile and 2% acetic acid glacial(35 : 65 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 254 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS Glycyrrhizin could be completely separated from other impurities. The linear range of Glycyrrhizin was 40.4 - 808.0 μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0. 9999). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and suitable for determination of content and related substances in Compound glycyrrhizin for injection.
