七氟醚预处理对三品系果蝇缺氧损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察不同浓度的七氟醚预处理对七氟醚敏感(S)、耐药(R)和野生(H)三品系果蝇耐缺氧能力的影响。方法根据成年S、R、H三品系果蝇各自的七氟醚ED50,可分为0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 ED50组,共6组。每组又分为七氟醚预处理组、缺氧预处理组、缺氧组和空白组四个亚组。预处理组缺氧或七氟醚预处理5min,复氧30 min,缺氧4 h;缺氧组氧气供35min,缺氧4 h;空白组供氧气4.6 h。缺氧结束后,复氧72 h后清点死亡果蝇数,计算各管的果蝇死亡百分率和各品系各处理组果蝇的校准死亡率。同一品系内部采用单因素方差分析的方法,三品系之间采用双因素方差分析。结果适宜浓度的七氟醚预处理三品系果蝇可产生类似缺氧预处理的保护效应(P<0.05),且同品系内上述处理组之间的果蝇72 h校准死亡率无显著性差异(P>0.05);低浓度的七氟醚预处理后72 h三品系果蝇死亡率较缺氧组均无明显改变(P>0.05);高浓度的七氟醚预处理后72 h三品系果蝇死亡率较缺氧组变化无明显改变(P>0.05)或显著升高(P<0.05)。七氟醚预处理对果蝇缺氧保护效应的强度在三品系之间不完全相同(P<0.05),对S品系的保护强度可能最大,而对H、R品系的保护强度在不同的浓度组中不一致。结论一定浓度范围内的七氟醚预处理对三品系果蝇均可产生保护作用,在此浓度范围内的保护效应与浓度间并无相关性。七氟醚预处理对三品系果蝇的保护作用并不完全相同。
