摘要
介绍了甲醇合成的原理,对当前国内外低压甲醇合成反应器,如IC I低压冷激式甲醇合成塔、Lurgi低压管壳式甲醇合成塔、日本东洋的MRF甲醇合成塔等进行了比较,分析了其优缺点。
The principle of methanol synthesis is introduced. The low - pressure methanol synthesis reactors at home and abroad, such as the quench - type methanol synthesis reactor of ICI, the low - pressure tube and shell type methanol synthesis converter of Lurgi, MRF methanol synthesis reactor of TEC, are compared ,and its advantages and disadvantages are also analyzed.
