摘要
对红花黄色素提取条件进行了系统研究。以羟基红花黄色素A为对照品,选定水为最佳提取剂,实验确定红花黄色素的适宜提取条件为:浸取温度70℃,料液比为1∶100,浸取30 m in,提取两次。
The extraction technology of yellow pigment from carthamine is studied in this paper. With hydroxyl safflor yellow A as the standard, water as the best extracting agent, the preferential extracting conditions of the yellow pigment are obtained, where the temperature is 70℃, the extracting time is 30 minutes, the weight ratio of water to carthamine is 1 ： 100 and the extracting time is 2.
