摘要 详细考察了pH值对光合细菌利用乙酸(钠)产氢的影响作用。研究结果表明,光合细菌利用乙酸(钠)产氢的最佳pH值为6.80;在最佳pH值下,乙酸(钠)的降解率为99.3%,氢气的转化率为0.91 molH2/mol乙酸,最大比产氢速度为34.6 mL/(g-VSS.d),能量转化率为22.8%。 he influences of pH value on hydrogen production from sodium acetate by photosynthetic bacteria are studied in detail. Experimental results show that the optimum pH value for the hydrogen production from sodium acetate by photosynthetic bacteria is 6.80. Under optimum pH value, the degradation rate of sodium acetate, H2 conversion ratio, maximum specific H2 production rate and energy conversion ratio are 99.3% ,0.91mol - H2/mol - acetate,34.6 mL/( g - VSS · d) and 22.8% ,respectively.
