活性凹凸棒土对大麻籽油脱色的研究

Bleaching of hemp seed oil with activated attapulgite clay

用提纯、酸化、活化后的凹凸棒黏土吸附大麻籽油中的色素,采用正交实验确定脱色的最优工艺条件为:凹土用量6 g/100 mL油,吸附时间40 min,凹土活化温度300℃,吸附温度35℃时脱色效果最好,脱色率可达94.31%。

The attapulgite clay treated by purification,acidification and activation was used to remove the pigments in the hemp seed oil. By orthogonal experiment,the best parameters were obtained：the activated temperature of attapulgite clay 300 ℃,clay dosage 6 g activated attapulgite clay per 100 mL oil, adsorption time 40 min, adsorption temperature 35 ℃. Under these conditions,the bleaching rate was 94.31%.
