摘要
目的利用16层螺旋CT灌注成像技术来研究结直肠癌CT灌注最佳灌注时间。方法对13例病理证实结直肠癌患者瘤体行同层序列动态增强扫描。利用CT后处理灌注软件计算出3次灌注扫描时间(35、60和120s)瘤体血流量(blood flow,BF)、血容量(blood volume,BV)、对比剂平均通过时间(mean transit time,MTT)和渗透表面积乘积(permeability surface area product,PS)四项灌注参数,采用配对t检验比较各灌注参数值。结果35s灌注扫描的PS值与60s及120s灌注扫描的PS值差别具有统计学意义,P值分别为0.01和0.006。其他参数在各采集时间之间均无明显差别。结论结直肠癌CT灌注扫描应采取60s以上灌注扫描时间。
Objective To determine the optimal timing of CT perfusion in colorectal cancer with 16 slices spiral CT. Methods Dynamic contrast- enhanced single - location sequences CT scan was performed in 13 patients with pathohistologically confirmed colorectal cancer. Tumor blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), mean transit time (MTT) and permeability surface area product (PS) were calculated automatically for 3 acquisition by the CT post- processing software respectively. Mean values for all 4 perfusion parameters for each acquisition time were compared by the paired t test. Results Significant differences in permeability values were between acquisitions of 35 seconds and 60 and 120 seconds (P = 0.01, P = 0. 006). There was no significant difference for values of blood flow, blood volume, and mean transit time in any of the acquisition times. Conclusions Longer acquisition times exceeding 60 seconds are required in CT perfusion of colorectal cancer.
