真空负压免疫组化法检测尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣HPV抗原

HPV Antigen in Condyloma Acuminatum and Pseudocondyloma Detected By Vacuumimmunphistochemistry.

应用真空负压免疫组化法检测 50例尖锐湿疣和 2 8例假性湿疣HPV抗原。结果显示尖锐湿疣组中阳性率为 72 %(3 6/50 ) ,假性湿疣组中未见有阳性。阳性反应物颜色呈均匀淡黄色或棕黄色 ,分布在凹空细胞和角化不全细胞核内。

Observation was made in 50 specimens of condyloma acuminatum (CA) and 28 pseudocondyloma by means of vacuum immunohistochemical method.The results showed that the positive rate of human papillomavirus antigen(HPV Ag) in CA was 72% (36/50),negative in pseudocondyloma.The positive immunostain was light yellow or brown,distributed in the nucleus of koilocytes and parakeratosis cell.The vacuum immunohistochemical method was superior to routine immunohistochemical method in aspects of sensitivity and efficiency.
