“外膜”内根治囊型肝包虫的术式探讨

The exploration of radical operation in cystic echinococcosis by the inside of the outside membrane: report of 10 cases

目的探讨囊型肝包虫的术式。方法选择合适病例10例行肝包虫囊肿外膜内完整切除术,并与传统术式比较。结果该组病人术后恢复良好,无胆瘘、出血、感染等并发症,平均带管时间3天,术后随访19个月无复发。同期12例传统术式平均带管时间27天,并发症发生率33%,术后随访19个月有1例复发。结论该术式术后恢复快,并发症发生少,明显优于传统术式。

Objective To explore the type of operation in patient with cystic echinococcosis. Methods 10 patients with cystic echinococcosis were performed through the inside of the outside membrane for resection. Results 10 patients recovered better after operation, with tube for a mean of 3 days and no operation complications such as gallbladder fistula, hemorrhage and infection occurred. It was satisfactory condition after flowing - up of 19 months. While 12 eases of cystic echinococcosis were performed by traditional operation in the same time, with tube for a mean of 27 days and the rate of complications were 33%. Conclusion This type of operation indicates faster recovering after operation and lower complications than the traditional operation.
