摘要
导致淋球菌产生耐青霉素的原因主要是菌体产生了 β 内酰胺酶 ,而从遗传学角度分析 ,则是由于质粒中插入了表达 β 内酰胺酶的基因。本研究就淋球菌对抗生素的耐药方面 ,从质粒DNA分子遗传学角度进行了分析 ,测得耐药质粒 4 .0MDa、4 .4MDa,占 1 9.79% ,3 .4MDa质粒占 7.2 9% ,结合性质粒2 4 .5MDa占 3 3 .3 3 % 。
The reason of resistance to penicillin induced by gonococcus is mainly of beta lactamase produced by germ.Genetic analysis showed that a gne which expressing beta latamase was inserted into the plasmid.This paper analyzed the resistance to antibiotic of gonococcus on plasmid DNA level.Plasmids of resistance were 4.0~4.4 MDa、19.7%,3.4MDa、7.29%,united plasmid 24.5MDa、33.33%.This alos indicated the prevalent tendency of the resistance to drugs of gonococcus in Xin jiang.
