日光性角化病P53蛋白的定量分析

Quantitative Analysis of P53 Protein in Solar Keratosis.

应用流式细胞免疫技术 ,对 2 7例日光性角化病 (SolarkeratosisSK)及 8例高分化皮肤鳞癌皮损细胞的P53蛋白进行了定量分析。SK的P53蛋白荧光指数 (FluerescenceIndexFI)高于正常皮肤 ,低于高分化鳞癌 ,P值均 <0 .0 5。SK及高分化鳞癌的P53蛋白阳性表达率分别为 4 0 .74 %、87.50 % ,正常皮肤为阴性表达。

P53 protein in 27 cases of solar keratosis (SK) and 8 cases of highiy differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was studied quantitatively with flow cytometry and immunofluerescence staining technique.The results showed that P53 protein FI (Fiuorescence Index) of the cells in 27 cases of SK were higher than those in normal skin ( P <0.05), but lower than those in higly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma ( P <0.05).The positive rates of P53 expression in SK and in highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma were 40.74% and 87.50%, respectively.The normal skin showed negative expression.The results suggested that aberrant accumulation of P53 protein appears in the lesions of Sk.
