从 9例带状疱疹患者皮损的水疱液中分离出 2株病毒。经过典型细胞病变、电子显微镜、间接免疫荧光技术、酶免疫测定的鉴定 ,结果证实这 2株病毒是水痘

strain viruses were isolated from vesicle fluid of skin lesions of 9 patients with herpes zoster.Identification of viruses rested on the appearence of characteristic cytopathic changes (CPE),electronic microscopy,indirect immunofluorescence technique,and enzyme immunoassay.The result confirmed that these 2 stain viruses were varicella zoster virus.
