摘要
将沥青稳定碎石铺筑层的现场芯样切割成3部分,对其竖向离析程度进行检测,并建立数学模型描述其竖向离析的机理。分析表明:铺筑层上部及下部离析严重,离析主要发生在摊铺机布料器螺旋、导料板处。采用大功率低转速的摊铺机、合适的公称最大粒径、粘度较大的沥青和连续级配是减少竖向离析的有效措施。
Cores are divided into three parts to identify vertical segregation degree in asphalt treated base layers, the models are constructed to describe the segregation course. Analysis show that the upper and bottom parts have serious vertical segregation, which occurs mainly at paver screw and guide plate; high viscosity asphalt, continuous gradation, adequate aggregate size and high-power paver with low rotation speed contribute to reduction of vertical segregation.
