摘要
收料室是收集路面铣刨机铣刨后物料的重要装置,它的性能直接关系到铣刨物料的回收程度。对实际施工过程中LX2000铣刨机收料室出现铣刨后物料不能完全回收的问题,用三维设计的方法主要对铣刨机收料室的浮动板和尾门刮板进行了提升设计,使铣刨机收料室的回收功能满足了施工要求。
The receiving room is the important part used to collect the milled materials in milling machine. The features of the part will influence the collecting effects. To solve the problems of LX2000 milling machine, the design of floating plate and tail gate scraping plate are improved using 3D design method. The functions of receiving room are improved.
