摘要
为解决存储式电磁流量计在聚驱配注井中测试流量与实际注入流量的差异问题,通过模拟井中的实验研究,在总结仪器响应规律的基础上,提出了在清水中刻度的电磁流量计应用于聚驱配注井中测试流量时的校正方法。现场应用表明在油管结垢较轻微的井中,该校正方法很好地解决了存储式电磁流量计在聚驱配注井中测试流量与实际注入流量的偏差问题;在投注时间较长的井中,由于油管内壁结垢、腐蚀等原因,使得该校正方法的应用效果受到限制。
Flowrate measured by memory-type electromagnetic flowmeter is different from practical flowrate in polymer flooding injection well. The cause believed is that the tool is used to be calibrated in lab with flow of fresh water, whereas it is practically used to measure solution of polymer, and unfortunately, the properties of the two media are obviously different. Calibration experiments in simulated wells show excellent linear relation between the flowrates and the outputs of the tool in both water or polymer, but the calibration factor in polymer is less than that in water, nevertheless, the calibration factors in different concentrations of polymer solution within the range of 500-2 000 mg/L are not obviously changed. The correction method of the flowrate measured in polymer flooding injection well with a tool calibrated in fresh water is presented. The field applications indicate that the method works rather well in wells with slightly scaled tube, however, it is limited in tubs with bad scale deposit and corrosion.
