摘要
基于协同服务思想和先进智能信息、网络技术开发了一种数控装备售后服务系统,该系统把服务网站、呼叫中心、实时多媒体交流、远程监控以及智能分析决策等功能结合起来,从根本上提高了售后服务质量与效率;讨论了数控装备协同售后服务系统体系结构、服务流程和关键技术,并给出了系统运行实例。
Based on the collaborative service theory and modem intelligent information, network technologies, a kind of collaborative post-service system of CNC equipment is developed. Integrating the website service, call centre, real-time multimedia communication, remote monitoring and intelligent decision-making functions, this system can enhance the quality and efficiency of post-sale service fundamentally. This paper discusses the architecture, the service flow and the key technologies of the system, and then gives the running instances.
