摘要
首先对制造执行系统含义及功能进行了简单介绍,尤其对于为整个生产过程提供实时信息的数据采集系统进行了分析。RFID作为一种先进的数据采集及识别技术,为制造执行系统提供方便快捷可靠的数据信息。因此对于现代制造业来说,RFID与MES的集成对企业制造过程协调,提升企业竞争力来说是必要的。最后阐述了它与MES集成的关键技术,并分析了RFID与MES集成的数据流架构。
The definition and functions of manufacturing execution system are introduced firstly. The component of data collection is analyzed in detail as an important part of offering the real time information. The reliable and timely data are supported by RFID technology which is an advanced means for data collection and acquisition in manufacturing execution system. It is indispensable for modem manufacturing to integrate RFID and MES. The key technology of integration between RFID and MES is elaborated and the architecture of data flow between them is explained finally.
