摘要
介绍了PTC综合参数自动测试系统的总体结构,对各项技术关键与解决方法进行了详细讨论。实验数据表明,该系统能达到较高的测试精度,能对PTC元件的性能参数进行有效测试。
The structure of the auto-test system is introduced briefly. Its key techniques and solving approaches are discussed in detail. Some test results show that it can test PTC elements effectively and accurately.
