摘要 认为随着基础研究生产方式和功能发生拓展与延伸,科学组织的运行模式也表现出多元化的新趋势,形成了认识驱动型、战略均衡型和动态组合型三种运行模式并存的态势。 Along with production and functional extension of basic research, the running mode of research organizations is moving towards diversification, which embodies the coexistence of three forms of running： knowing driven, strategic balanced and dynamic integration.
