摘要 认为随着基础研究生产方式和功能发生拓展与延伸,科学组织的运行模式也表现出多元化的新趋势,形成了认识驱动型、战略均衡型和动态组合型三种运行模式并存的态势。 Along with production and functional extension of basic research, the running mode of research organizations is moving towards diversification, which embodies the coexistence of three forms of running: knowing driven, strategic balanced and dynamic integration.
