摘要
以提升制造业企业学习绩效为出发点,从学习主体、学习动力机制、激励约束机制、学习支撑机制、企业组织结构及文化等5个方面系统分析浙江省制造业企业学习体系,并采用结构方程模型方法来分析制造业企业学习绩效,得出若干有价值的结论。
The starting point of this paper is to improve learning performance of manufacturing enterprises. From the following five aspects : learning main body, learning motivation mechanism, incentive and restriction mechanisms, learning supporting mechanism, and organizational structure and culture of the enterprises, to analyze the learning system of the manufacturing industry enterprises. Moreover, the author organized a demonstration study of manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang province, and adopted structural equation model approach to analyze learning performance of manufacturing enterprise, and obtained some valuable conclusions.
