我国企业伦理气氛及不道德行为差异的研究

An empirical study on the difference of corporate ethical climate and unethical behavior in China

对企业伦理气氛状况和不道德行为的差异进行实证研究,得出不同发展阶段的企业、处于行业不同地位的企业、上市企业与非上市企业、不同规模的企业、不同性质的企业在企业伦理气氛和不道德行为方面均有显著差异。分析结果表明,企业的管理者在实际管理活动中应该注意这些方面对企业伦理气氛和不道德行为的影响,根据企业自身的性质和特点,进行伦理建设,提高伦理层次。

Through the empirical research on the situation of corporate ethical climate in China and the different unethical behaviors, the paper concludes there are great different ethical climate and unethical behavior in the corporations on the different stages, the corporations that have different industry status, the public and private corporations, the corporations with different sizes and the corporations that have different attributes. The data analysis results remind corporate managers pay attention to these factors in order to improve corporate ethical level.
