安徽省皖南钩端螺旋体病监测及一个新血清群的发现 被引量:1

Surveilance on the status of natural population infection with leptospirosis and the discovery of a new sero-group strain in the mountain area of the south part of Anhui province

摘要 目的调查研究我省皖南山区钩端螺旋体病自然人群感染情况及宿主动物带菌情况,掌握流行规律有效控制钩体病爆发流行。方法采用血清学、病原学、分子生物学,对钩体病进行监测。结果自然人群钩体病特异性抗体阳性率为15.36%,,黄疸出血群为33.94%、赛罗群为33.02%,流感伤寒群为19.27%。宿主动物带菌率蛙为11.42%、黄疸出血群59.26%、流感伤寒群30.43%、赛罗群棉兰型26.09%。黑线姬鼠带菌率为7.65%、黄疸出血群59.26%、流感伤寒群22.22%、秋季热14.81%、赛罗群棉兰型3.70%。猪为0.00%。结论该地区自然人群钩体病流行菌群发生明显改变出现菌群(型)更迭现象。并从金线蛙(Rnanplancyi)肾组织中首次分离出致病性及新血清群钩体代表株为EG79。研究发现蛙所带菌群与自然人群流行菌群相一致,蛙在钩体病流行病学意义有待进一步探讨。 The status of natural population infection and the animal carriers with leptosporosis in the mountain area of south part of Anhui province was investigated in order to reveal the epidemiologic rule so as to control the outbreak of infection. And this suveilance on leptosporosis was made though the investigations on serology, etiology and molecular biology. It was found that the positive rate of sporosirosis-specific antibodies in natural population accounted to 15.36 %, among which those for icterohemorrhagic group, serovar hardjio group and grippo-typhosa group in sera of natural population were demonstrated to be 33.94% ,33.02% and 19.27% respectively, while the carrier rate of hosts for these 3 groups of leptospirae accounted to 11.42%, amoung which those for these 3 groups were found to be 59.26% ,30.43% and 26.09% respectively. The infection rate of Apodemus agrarius Pallus was 7.65 and those for icterohemorrgiae, autumnal, grippotyphosus serovar. Grouphardjo were 59. 26 %, 14. 81%, 22.22 % and 3.7 % respectively; no swine group could be found. These results indicate that epidemiologic strains of leptospirae in the natural population in this endemic area show definite changes with group alternates. In addition, a new sero-group (type) representative strain of Lepospira (EG49) was isolated from the renal tissues of Rnan plancyi.
