风湿喷雾剂治疗风湿性关节炎引起的腰腿疼痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Rheumatism Spray for Loin and Leg Pain Caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis

通过对160例风湿性关节炎引起的腰腿疼痛患者使用风湿喷雾剂的临床实验(治疗组100例,对照组60例),治疗组临床治愈13例,显效34例,有效44例,无效9例,显愈率47.0%;对照组临床治愈5例,显效18例,有效27例,无效10例,显愈率26.3%,治疗组与对照组比较,P>0.05,无显著性差异,相关的不良事件观察和安全性检查显示,治疗过程中未见与实验药物有关的不良反应。根据本次临床试验结果,风湿喷雾剂治疗风湿性关节炎;腰腿疼痛,安全有效。

According to the 160 clinical practice of loin and leg pain patients caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis with Rheumatism Spray （100 treatment groups and 60 control groups）, 13 clinical cure ,34 effective ,44 success and 9 non -effective of treatment groups with 47% cure rate. Meanwhile, 5 clinical cure , 18 effective,27 success and 10 non -effective of control groups with 26.3% cure rate. Treatment groups ,compared to control groups, P 〉0.05 ,have no significant difference. According to the adverse events related and safety inspections, the treating progress has no adverse reactions. Based on the results of the clinical practice, Rheumatism Spray is safe and effective.
