摘要 建造SF6电流互感器三维实体模型,运用ABAQUS有限元分析程序,对互感器在不同温度下应力场以及在带壳体与两端盖板条件下的内压试验过程进行模拟分析,结果表明:与上法兰结合处的瓷套在高温与低温条件下均承受显著的拉伸应力,易引起瓷套断裂;在内压试验时,带壳体的瓷套在上法兰结合处存在局部拉应力集中,而两端盖板的瓷套不存在拉应力集中,故带壳体的瓷套破坏内压小于两端盖板瓷套的试验内压。 A three dimensional model of SF6 current transformer (CT) was built in this work. Using ABAQUS finite element software, the stress distribution of CT in different temperature was calculated, and the simulation of inner pressure test on porcelain through insulator (PTI) assembled with CT shell or two cover plates was conducted. The results show that there is high tensile stress on the coupling zone between PTI and upper flange, no matter whether in low or high temperature, which causes the PTI to break, and similar stress concentration phenomena appears in the inner pressure test when the PTI is assembled with the CT shell, whereas the phenomena does not exist when the PTI is assembled with two cover plates. Therefore, the failure pressure of the PTI with CT shell is lower than which of the PTI with two cover plates.
