摘要 构建了一个适应于电力行业的通用WebGIS架构及其工作流程,利用WebGIS、J2EE、多媒体数据库、计算机辅助分析技术、空间数据挖掘技术开发了一个高压绝缘子污秽分析管理系统。该系统能够完成线路绝缘子污秽信息(特别是红外热像信息)的收集、管理、应用、分析的全部工作过程,改进和优化污秽信息处理工作流程,提高线路绝缘子的维护效率。 The situation of anti-contamination for power line insulators is more and more rigorous, to improve anti-contamination work, a more powerful contamination information management and analysis system is needed. This paper constructed common WebGIS framework and flow in electrical power industry; developed a high vohage insulator contamination management and analysis system based on WehGIS, J2EE, multimedia database, computer aided analyze technology. This system can fulfill the works such as gathering, management, application and analyzing the contamination information (especially IR-image information)of insulators, in power line. Therefore, the work flow of the contamination information process was improved and optimized, and the maintenance efficiency of insulator strings was enhanced.
