围生期性激素结合球蛋白生理作用及临床意义

摘要 性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)是一种肝脏产生的雄激素结合糖蛋白,与性激素相结合并参与其转运,调控血液中生物活性性激素的浓度。SHBG与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的许多危险因素有关。低SHBG是高胰岛素血症、胰岛素抵抗(IR)的一个特有标志,暴露于糖尿病妇女的宫内环境及出生时的体重异常是引发子代发生肥胖及2型糖尿病的危险因素。笔者就SHBG的研究进展进行综述。
