摘要
目的研究临产前后妊娠组织MMP-9、TGF-β1表达的变化,探讨它们在分娩发动中的作用。方法应用免疫组化法检测子宫平滑肌、胎盘、蜕膜组织MMP-9和TGF-β1的表达。结果临产组妊娠组织MMP-9的表达明显强于未临产组,而TGF-β1的表达明显弱于未临产组。TGF-β1与MMP-9的表达负相关。结论(1)MMP-9、TGF-β1表达的变化在宫颈成熟中发挥重要作用。临产前后TGF-β1表达下降,解除对MMP-9的抑制,从而宫颈细胞外基质降解,宫颈成熟而临产。
Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the expressions of TGF-β1 (transforming growth factor-betal),MMP-9 (Matrix Metalloproteinase-9) in pregnant tissue and their relationships during the initiation of human parturition. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was employed to detect the expression of TGF-β 1 ,MMP-9 in myometrium.deciduas and placental. Results The expression of MMP-9 in pregnant tissue was higher after the initiation of labor, but TGF- β 1 was contrary. Conclusions The expression of MMP-9 ,TGF- β 1 may play key role in the process of cervical effacement, TGF- β 1 may inhabit the expression of MMP-9.
