中西医结合治疗重症肌无力性上睑下垂疗效观察

Observation of the effect on myasthenia gravis ptosis treated by integration of traditional and western medicine

作者采用中西医结合的方法治疗重症肌无力性上睑下垂２７例。方法为口服大剂量强的松，并用补中益气丸。随访半年以上，总有效率１００％，治愈率８１．５％，复发率４．５％。与单独使用强的松治疗的３６例比较，两组的疗效和复发的差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明中西医结合治疗本病疗效好，应用方便安全，很少复发，可以在临床上推广使用。

In this paper,the authors described the use of integration of traditional and western medicine to treat 27 cases of myasthenia gravis ptosis.The method was that the patients combined large dose oral prednisone and oral Chinese drug of “Bu Zhong Yi Qi ”pills.At mean follow-up about 6 months,the overall success rate was achieved in 100%,curative rate,81 5%.The rate of recurrence,4 5%.This treatment was comparison with that with oral prednisone alone in 36 cases.The difference of cure and recurrence between the two treatments was significant(P<0 05).The study demonstrated,as expected,that the effect on treatment of integration of traditional and western medicine was dramatic satisfactory.The use was ease and safe.The recurrence of the disease was rare,so that it could be clinically popularized to use
