左腋下小切口胸膜外动脉导管结扎术(附33例报告)

Left axillary extrapleura minithoracotory were studied

作者对３３例动脉导管未闭病人行左腋下小切口胸膜外动脉导管结扎术，取得了比较满意的效果。本组无手术死亡、无假性动脉瘤等严重并发症。本文对此手术方式的优点、适应证及手术并发症进行了讨论。

Thirty three patents who underwent ligation of Patent Ductus Arteriosur(PDA) with left axillary extrapleura minithoracotory were studied.The operative morlalities and Dissecting Aneurysm(Hematoma)of the Aorta were 0%.In this article,the indications complications and the advantages of the operative technique were discussed.
