摘要
深入分析并研究了逆变器中死区时间对输出电压的影响。设置死区时间,是逆变器正常工作中不可缺少的环节,死区时间越长,逆变器的工作越安全,但死区时间增长,将使逆变器的输出电压波形质量变差,同时也将增大或减小逆变器输出电压的有效值,对负载造成影响。因此,选择合适的死区时间至关重要。经试验,其结果与理论分析一致。
The impact of dead-time in inverters on output voltage has been investigated.h is essential to insert a dead- time to insure that the inverter can operate in the course of nature.The inverter operates more safely with the increase of the dead-time.But when the dead-time increases,the output voltage waveform of the inverter becames more distorted,and the virtual value of output voltage is varied (increased or decreased) to impact the load as well.Therefore,to select an appropriate dead-time is very important.The experimental results agree with theoretic analysis.
