摘要
介绍一种用于镁合金微弧氧化表面处理的脉冲电源数字控制系统设计。该电源采用三相半波晶闸管整流电路,用IGBT进行直流斩波;根据电流电压反馈信号计算偏差,进行数字PI调节,以获得恒流、恒压的输出特性;控制系统通过20mA电流环异步串行通讯接口,与人机界面交换数据。研制的样机在运行中表现出良好的稳定性和可靠性。
The design of a numerical control system for pulse power supply which is used in magnesium alloy microarc oxygenation process is introduced.The pulse power supply made of three-phase half-wave thyristor rectifier and IGBT cutwave circuit,PI adjustors are applied for constant current and voltage output control according to current and voltage feed-back.The control system transferred datum with human machine interface(HMI) by a 20mA current-loop asynchronism serial communi- cation interface.The developed pulse power sunpply presented good performance in stability and reliability in runniing.
