摘要
多年来,相关标准为我国开展设备可靠性鉴定、验收和可靠性增长试验工作提供了基本的原则和方法,为保证和提高我国设备的质量与可靠性起到了重要的作用。但是,近年来这些工作也受到研制周期和经费的限制,某些产品的可靠性试验工作无法按要求实施,例如:某些设备的可靠性指标要求高,对其开展上述试验,存在时间周期长、试验费用高的问题。探讨了采用可靠性摸底增长试验方法来保证设备可靠性的可行性。
The basic rule and method of reliability testing for production qualification and acceptance and the method of reliability growth testing is provided in the relared standards. They play an important role in the reliability and quality assurance of our national weapon equipment. But in recent years, the reliability testing for some products cannot be carrced out sufficiently due to the restricted testing period and funds, especially the equipment with high reliability requirements. The method of reliability preexposure and growth testing pro paper provides a practical alternative method for assuring the reliability of the equipment.
