摘要
从体系结构和诊断方法上阐述了远程故障诊断技术的发展现状,探讨了远程诊断发展中存在的问题及发展趋势,并在此基础上提出了将一些新技术(如数字电视技术)应用于研究焊接机器人远程诊断以及自主维护的构想。通过故障诊断技术在焊接机器人中的应用表明,它具有一定的理论研究意义和工程实用价值。
The development status of remote methods, problems and development trend in fault diagnosis technology was expounded from the system structure and diagnosis the development of remote diagnosis were also discussed. Based on this, there is a new idea that the remote diagnosis of welding robots, which can maintain themselves by the use of some new technologies （ such as digital TV technology） was put forward. It has great theoretical significance and practical engineering value.
