摘要 阐述了一种高性能剑杆织机控制系统的原理及软、硬件设计,该控制系统以Philips的16位微机P51XA-S3为核心,并进行了外围扩展,其软、硬件设计采用模块化的结构体系。控制系统充分利用P51XA-S3强大的运算能力和运算速度等特点,实现了自动故障检测和双机通讯的功能,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。 The principle of a high performance rapier loom, the design of software and hardware were expatiated. Based on the Philips' 16 bit microchip P51XA-S3, it has been extended and modularized structural system was adopted. The full advantage of powerful arithmetical capability and operational speed of P51XA-S3 was taken by control system. And the function of automatic fault detection and two-shipper's communication were realized. It has good effect in real product.
