Based on the analysis of the processing technic and configuration feature of angle hole of piston rod, the author gives a design of drilling jig. This paper puts great emphasis on jig＇s working process、positioning project、clamping means、position error and verification of clamping force. Practice has proved that the jig is convenient to operate and has a high production efficiency.
