摘要
流程图由于逻辑清晰、简单易懂在故障诊断方面有其广泛的应用。文中以FANUC直流进给伺服系统中的BRK报警故障诊断、HVAL报警故障诊断与VRDY灯不亮故障诊断的应用为例,说明流程图在数控设备故障诊断中的应用。
Flow chart is widely used in the fault diagnosis because of it＇s logic briefness and understandability, in this paper, the fault diagnosis of BRK alarm ,HVAL alarm and VRDY lamp no light used in FANUC DC feed servo system as a example and explained application of flow chart in fault diagnosis of NC equipment.
