The Issues of Ecological Environment Protection of Napahai Wetland and Countermeasures

纳帕海省级自然保护区,2005年被批准列入"国际重要湿地名录"但是由于长期以来砍伐森林、排水垦殖、过度放牧,以及近期的无序旅游,导致沼泽地破碎萎缩,类型发生改变,严重退化,水禽锐减,形成逆向演替。据此提出了大力宣传,加大执法力度;确保资金投入,加强机构建议;实施生态环境建设,根治水土流失;合理规划,优化结构,科学养殖;开展适度规模的生态旅游等对策。

Napahai Provincial Nature Reserve, approved to be designated in “International Important Wetland List” has resulted in regressive succession such as shrinking and fragile marshland, changed type, sharp reduction of waterfowl due to forest destruction, undue pasture and recent disordered tourism. Therefore the countermeasures are proposed including widespread awareness, enhancing law enforcement, guarantee of fund input, strengthening institution building, implementing eco-environmental construction, bringing soil and water erosion under permanent control, reasonable planning, optimum structure, scien-tific breeding and eco-tourism in suitable scale.
