摘要
链篦机关键零部件在周期变化的高温环境下工作,对设计的可靠性要求很高。针对链篦机关键零部件可靠性要求,确定了可靠性设计指标可靠度的值;应用应力-强度干涉模型,建立了可靠性设计的可靠度模型;以链篦机链节为例,进行了可靠性设计。通过对链篦机关键零部件进行可靠性设计,能在满足工作要求的前提下,使尺寸和重量明显减小,从而降低了材料成本。
As the chain grate was working under the periodic high temperature environment, so the reliability design is required. According to the requirement, the paper select the reliabihty index, and modeling the reliabihty. As an example, the reliability design on chain is made, from which we discover that the size we need is smaller than before.
