摘要
在分析铁矿石烧结过程中二氧化硫浓度分布特征的基础上,讨论了二氧化硫的生成和再吸收过程。二氧化硫在烧结过程中的干燥预热带和烧熔带析出,在润湿带又被吸收,随着这些带的移动和发展,导致了烧结烟气中二氧化硫浓度的差异。根据这些特征,提出了控制烧结过程中二氧化硫排放的措施,并指出烟气脱硫是防止二氧化硫污染最有效的手段。
The emission and resorption of SO2 in the iron ore sintering process is analyzed on the base of the study of the SO2-emitting characters in this process. It shows that SO2 emitts in dry and melting zone and resorbs in the wet zone, and with the moving of these zones the SO2 concentrations are variety. And then the methods to control the SO2-emitting were proposed. Finally, it is confirmed that waste gas desulfurization is a feasible measure to decrease the SO2 emission.
