摘要
现代烧结过程的复杂性、不确定性导致了过程参数检测的困难。软测量技术是针对对象的不精确性、不确定性和近似性推理对系统进行建模,以获得易处理、鲁棒性好和代价小的仿人决策系统解决方案。本文针对烧结透气性、烧结终点和烧结成品化学成分的预测对烧结过程中的软测量建模技术进行了综述,结合实际应用详细讨论了建立软测量模型的方法。给出了软测量技术用于工程实际需要进一步深入研究的问题,对其将来的发展趋势作了简要展望。这些研讨对于促进软测量技术在烧结生产中的应用具有积极意义。
Complicacy and uncertainty of sintering process make it difficulty in measuring process variables. The aim of soft-sensing modeling is to exploit the tolerance for imprecision, uncertain, approximate reasoning and partial truth in order to achieve tractability, robustness, low-cost solutions and close resemblance with human-like decision making. Soft-sensing modeling of sintering process is reviewed in the paper aiming at the predictions of finished sinter chemical components, permeability and burn-through point (BTP) . The methods of soft-sensing model establishment of sintering process are discussed in detail based on its application in sintering process. The drawbacks of the application of soft-sensing model to actual sintering are analyzed and the future tendency of development is briefly presented. This study is active to promote soft-sensing technology application in sintering process control.
