痛经舒口服液对模型小鼠血清及组织中GSH-PX和NO的影响

Influence of Tongjingshu Oral Liquid upon GSH-PX and NO in serum and tissues of experimental animals

目的:探讨痛经舒口服液对小鼠原发性痛经的保护作用。方法:利用缩宫素制备小鼠痛经模型,以谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及一氧化氮(NO)为指标观察各组药物对小鼠血清及组织的影响。结果:痛经舒口服液能升高原发性痛经小鼠血清中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及一氧化氮含量(P<0.05),能升高组织中的一氧化氮含量(P<0.05)。结论:痛经舒口服液通过增加小鼠血清中谷胱甘肽氧化物酶及一氧化氮含量,及增加组织中一氧化氮的含量,进而缓解痛经,对小鼠原发性痛经有保护作用。

Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Tongjingshu Oral Liquid on primary menalgia of mice.Method:The menorrhalgia model of mouse was made with oxytocin.The serum levels of GSHPX and NO were measured to prove the curative effect of Tongjingshu Oral Liquid on the serum and tissues of mice.Result:Tongjingshu Oral Liquid obviously increased the level of GSH-PX and NO in mouse serum with primary menorrheal(P<0.05),and the NO level in mouse tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongjingshu Oral Liquid has protective action on primary menorrheal of mice by increasing the levels of GSH-PX and NO in mouse serum,and the NO level in mouse tissues.
