人胚胎和新生儿心室肌心钠素发生的电镜免疫细胞化学研究 被引量:1

摘要 用包理后电镜免疫细胞化学方法,研究了不同胎龄胚胎及新生儿心室肌纤维中心钠素的胚胎发生,对心肌纤维内心钠素颗粒进行了体视学分析及统计学处理。结果表明:随着胎龄增长,细胞内肌丝由稀疏逐渐增多然后形成肌原纤维,线粒体的数目也逐渐增多;心钠素颗粒于第5周开始出现,颗粒的数目随胎龄增加而逐渐减少,至妊娠7月时基本消失。同一胎龄,左心室颗粒多于右心室。新生儿心室肌纤维内未见心钠素颗粒。 The development of atrial natriuretic factor in the human fetal and newborn child ventricle was studied was analized by steorology and statistics.The results indicated that ANF granules were observed as early as 5weeks of gestation in ventricle.and was decreased with increasing gestational age, and was disappeared as 7 months;The filament was increased with increasing gestational age then was gathered myofibril;The mitochondria was increased with increasing ges-tational age .In the same gestational age,the ANF granules in the left ventricle were more than in the right ventricle.the ANF granules was not observed in the infant ventricle.
